The Sturgeon article is excellent and thought-provoking on a number of levels. I did a bit of work with a civil society organisation in Scotland a few years ago, and much of what you say about lack of challenge resonates. Many people told me they had never seen anyone engage young people as well as she did, so will be interesting to see what will happen when or if they realise that her policies lack substance. The independence issue will almost certainly be another useful distraction.
